Massage Therapy and Chiropractic complement each other and can help enhance your overall wellness.  A chiropractic adjustment can help with misaligned vertebrae in the spine and other joints in the body to reduce pain, inflammation and subluxations.  It also helps with the overall functioning of your nervous system.  Massage therapy works on the soft tissues of the body such as tendons, ligaments and fascia.  Massage and Chiropractic are a perfect complement to each other, as the joints are repositioned and the muscles are loosened.  After a massage your muscles are more pliable and can help make chiropractic adjustments more effective.

A personal note from Nina - I have been seeing Dr. Ring for about a year now, as when I originally went in to see him, I could hardly move from such severe low back pain.  I had trouble walking, working and with basic activities of daily living.  I also have scoliosis so I've had back problems throughout the years with modern dance and working as a massage therapist.  So I went in for a consultation with Dr. Ring and he explained to me what was going on with my back and how he could help.  Within one session, I felt immediate relief.  So I continued to see him in addition to getting regular massages.  I still see him on a regular basis and I credit him for my ability to work 6 days a week.  He is also extremely patient, kind and personable. Thank you Dr. Ring!

Their food is about curiosity, craft and flavor.  They use traditional baking techniques; real, nourishing ingredients; and a penchant for asking themselves “What if we tried…?” to bring you the bread, baked goods and simple meals that we crave.

You can currently find them at the Kitchen 66 Cafe on Wednesdays, where they serve Breakfast all day, and Lunch 10:30-2:30pm.  Each week they have sourdough bread for sale, along with cookies, muffins and their Savory Snacking Granola.
